Abstract

[Problem] This invention provides a method for increasing dissolved oxygen concentration in a liquid using a mechanism different from existing PSA devices, and a device for increasing dissolved oxygen concentration with a simpler configuration than existing PSA devices. [Solution] The invention is characterized by moving air within a body containing a porous carrier, causing the porous carrier to adsorb moisture contained in the air, and then ejecting the air from the body into the liquid to increase the dissolved oxygen concentration in the liquid.
