Abstract

One objective of this invention is to provide hexagonal boron nitride condensed particles, etc., for obtaining resin compositions with both excellent thermal conductivity and insulation resistance. Regarding the hexagonal boron nitride condensed particles (10) of this invention, in a cuboid having at least one face parallel to the face with the largest projected area among the surfaces of the condensed particles, and having a minimum volume circumscribed in the condensed particles, when the lengths of the three orthogonal sides are respectively set as La, Lb, and Lc (where La≧Lb≧Lc), La is 70 μm to 250 μm, and the ratios La / Lc and Lb / Lc are both 2.8 or higher.
