Manufacturing method of ceramics-metal bonded body and bonded body

Abstract

A purpose of the present invention is to obtain a ceramic-metal bonded body that prevents damage to the ceramic substrate while achieving high bonding strength by using a technology that enables a metal layer to be bonded in the form of thin wires onto a ceramic substrate. Provided in the present invention is a manufacturing method of ceramics-metal bonded body, which includes the steps of: preparing a ceramic substrate having a coating layer of an inorganic substance; continuously providing a solid metal material to the coating layer while irradiating the solid metal material being provided with a laser beam, to form a molten metal obtained by melting the solid metal material; providing the molten metal on a surface of the coating layer while continuously moving the providing position on the surface, thereby continuously coating the molten metal on the ceramics subatrate; and continuously solidifying on the ceramic substrate the molten metal which has been coated on the ceramic substrate.
