Abstract

This invention provides a class of ionizable lipid compounds, specifically relating to compounds of formula (I), or pharmaceutically acceptable salts, isotopic variants, tautomers, or stereoisomers thereof. This invention also provides nanoparticle pharmaceutical compositions comprising the aforementioned compounds, and the use of the aforementioned compounds and compositions thereof in the delivery of nucleic acids.
