Abstract

This invention provides an ionizable lipid containing a heterocyclic aromatic ring structure, specifically relating to a compound of formula (I), or an isotopic variant, tautomer, or stereoisomer thereof, or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof. This invention also provides nanoparticle pharmaceutical compositions comprising the aforementioned compounds, and the use of the aforementioned compounds and compositions thereof in muscle-specific delivery loading.
