Abstract

An object of the present invention is to provide a novel cyclic amine derivative or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt or hydrate thereof, and a medicine containing said compound as an active ingredient. The cyclic amine derivative or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt or hydrate thereof of the present invention possesses both antagonistic effects against histamines and leukotrienes, and is therefore very useful as an active ingredient in pharmaceutical compositions such as preventive and / or therapeutic agents for a wide range of allergic diseases.
