Abstract

The invention relates to GLP-1 and GIP co-agonist compounds and application thereof. The invention provides a series of dual peptides agonists compounds, pharmaceutically salts and pharmaceutical compositions thereof, which have dual agonist effect on glucagon-like peptide-1 (GLP-1) receptor and glucose-dependent insulinotropic polypeptide (GIP) receptor and can be used in the treatment of non-insulin-dependent diabetes mellitus, insulin-dependent diabetes mellitus and other related diseases.
