Abstract

The present invention provides a composition for ex vivo expansion of memory T stem cells, comprising: a first composition, which includes CD3, CD28, interleukin-2, interleukin-7, and interleukin-15; and a second composition, which includes interleukin-2, interleukin-7, and interleukin-15. The present invention also provides a method for ex vivo expansion of memory T stem cells, comprising: culturing mononuclear cells with a medium containing the first composition to obtain activated T cells; culturing the activated T cells with a medium containing the second composition to obtain a first cell population; and culturing the obtained first cell population with a medium containing a third composition to obtain a second cell population. Therefore, the composition and method for ex vivo expansion of memory T stem cells provided by the present invention can be applied in clinical fields related to immunotherapy.
