An anti-EGFR antibody or its antigen-binding fragment and its uses

Abstract

This invention discloses an anti-EGFR antibody or its antigen-binding fragment and its uses. The antibody or its antigen-binding fragment includes a heavy chain variable region and a light chain variable region. The heavy chain variable region includes heavy chain complementarity-determining regions HCDR1, HCDR2, and HCDR3, and the light chain variable region includes light chain complementarity-determining regions LCDR1, LCDR2, and LCDR3. LCDR1 contains an amino acid sequence as shown in SEQ ID NO: 1, LCDR2 contains an amino acid sequence as shown in SEQ ID NO: 2, and LCDR3 contains an amino acid sequence as shown in SEQ ID NO: 3. The invention also provides a nucleic acid molecule encoding the antibody or its antigen-binding fragment, a vector and transformant for expressing the antibody or its antigen-binding fragment, and methods and uses for the treatment and diagnosis / detection of the antibody or its antigen-binding fragment.
