Curable resin composition, dry film, and cured product

Abstract

This invention provides a curable resin composition that maintains excellent resolution while forming a curable film with excellent flexibility, as well as a dry film and a cured product obtained using the curable resin composition. One aspect of this invention is a curable resin composition. The aforementioned curable resin composition comprises: a resin having one or more of a hydroxyl and a carboxyl group, a compound having two or more (meth)acrylic groups, a crosslinking agent, and a photoacid generating agent. The content of the compound having two or more (meth)acrylic groups is 30 parts by mass or more, relative to 100 parts by mass of the aforementioned crosslinking agent.
