Abstract

A thermosetting composition comprising component (A) and component (B) below, wherein the wind-change index (viscosity at a shear rate of 1 s⁻¹ / viscosity at a shear rate of 10³ s⁻¹) is 1.1 or higher. Component (A): A silane compound polymer having a repeating unit [repeating unit (1)] represented by the following formula (a-1). Component (B): One or more fillers selected from the group consisting of alumina, aluminum nitride, and zinc oxide. [R1 represents an unsubstituted or substituted aromatic group having 6 to 20 carbon atoms].
