Abstract

This invention provides a sheet-like resin composition that is less prone to malfunctions caused by alpha rays and has good sealing properties. The sheet-like resin composition comprises alumina particles and epoxy resin, wherein 50% of the alumina particles, from the particle side of the cumulative particle size distribution based on volume, have a particle diameter D50 of 10 μm or less, a thickness of 0.13 mm or more and 1.00 mm or less, and an alpha ray content of 0.05 cph / cm² or less.
