[Topic] The purpose of this invention is to provide a curable polysiloxane composition and its uses. The cured product exhibits high hardness and mechanical strength (including tensile strength and elongation) near room temperature, excellent permanent elongation characteristics, and excellent viscoelastic properties such as stress attenuation, vibration absorption, and impact absorption. All properties are well balanced. [Solution] A curable polysiloxane composition, its cured product, and its use in semiconductors, etc., wherein the curable polysiloxane composition comprises (A1) an organopolysiloxane resin having a curing reactive functional group containing carbon-carbon double bonds, (A2) an organopolysiloxane resin not having the curing reactive functional group, and (B) a linear organopolysiloxane having the curing reactive functional group with a specific chain length, and contains (C) a curing agent, wherein the total amount of component (A1) and component (A2) is 55% by mass or less, and the mass ratio of the total amount of component (A1) and component (A2) to component (B) is 2.0 or less. none
