Abstract
The present invention provides a composition that may contain a large amount of functional inorganic fillers. The composition, in its uncured state, is sufficiently hard at room temperature and maintains sufficient hardness even when compressed into pellets or ingots. It has low melt viscosity at high temperatures and is characterized by high fluidity at high temperatures, forming a cured product with excellent thermoplasticity, gap-filling properties, and uniformity. The solution is a thermoplastic curable polysiloxane composition, its molded product, and its use. This thermoplastic curable polysiloxane composition contains, by mass percent, (A) a thermosetting polysiloxane, (B) three types of functional inorganic fillers with average particle sizes of 0.01 to 1.0 μm, 1.0 to 10.0 μm, and greater than 10.0 μm, and contains a mixture of functional fillers treated with one or more surface-treatment agents selected from specific hydrolyzable silanes containing long-chain alkyl groups and specific linear organopolysiloxanes. none
