Abstract

A thermosetting composition comprising (A) and (B) having a wind index (viscosity at 1 s⁻¹ / viscosity at 10³ s⁻¹) of less than 1.1. (A) Component: a silane compound polymer having a repeating unit [repeating unit (1)] represented by formula (a-1), and (B) Component: one or more fillers selected from the group consisting of alumina and zinc oxide. [R1 represents an unsubstituted or substituent aryl group with 6 to 20 carbon atoms].
