Manufacturing method of adhesive sheet and adhesive sheet

Abstract

The purpose of this invention is to provide a method for manufacturing an adhesive sheet that, even when a UV absorber is incorporated into a photocurable adhesive sheet, does not result in decreased productivity, differences in physical properties between the two sides, or changes in the peel force of the sheet due to deterioration in curing properties, and is easy to design, as well as an adhesive sheet obtained by this method. The method for manufacturing the adhesive sheet of this invention is characterized by comprising the following steps: forming an adhesive layer 10 on a support S1, formed from a transparent photocurable adhesive base material; irradiating the adhesive layer 10 with ultraviolet light U to cure the adhesive layer; preparing a solution 12 of ultraviolet absorber 11; applying the solution 12 to one side of the cured adhesive layer 10a, allowing the ultraviolet absorber 11 contained in the solution 12 to penetrate from that side of the adhesive layer 10a in the thickness direction; and drying the adhesive layer 10a.
