Abstract
In view of the above circumstances, the present invention aims to provide a radiation-curing release agent composition that, compared with existing release liner compositions having a radically polymerizable organopolysiloxane containing (meth)acrylic groups as the main component, ensures light release while exhibiting higher substrate adhesion to substrates such as cellophane or thermal paper. A release agent composition comprising the following components (A), (B), and (C): (A) one or more hydrocarbon compounds having heteroatoms, with a viscosity of 50 mPa·s to 2000 mPa·s at 25°C and having one or more acrylonitrile groups in one molecule: 50 parts by mass to 99.99 parts by mass; (B) an organopolysiloxane containing (meth)acrylic groups as represented by formula (1): 0.01 parts by mass to 50 parts by mass (wherein the total of component (A) and component (B) is 100 parts by mass). (In the formula, R1 is independently a monovalent hydrocarbon group with 1 to 11 carbon atoms, an alkoxy group with 1 to 5 carbon atoms, a hydroxyl group, an organic group containing a hydroxyl group, an organic group containing a halogen atom, or an organic group containing a (meth)acrylic acid group, at least one of R1 is an organic group containing a (meth)acrylic acid group, a is 2 or more, b is 0 or more, c is 0 or more, d is 0 or more, 2≦a+b+c+d≦1,000, the siloxane units shown in parentheses can be arranged randomly or can form a block structure), and (C) free radical polymerization initiator: 0.1 to 15 parts by mass relative to the total of 100 parts by mass of components (A) and (B).
