Abstract
This invention discloses a method for synthesizing quantum dots, specifically a method for synthesizing chalcopyrite-based quantum dots. The method comprises: a nanoparticle generation step involving the reaction of Group I and Group VI elements to generate nanoparticles; and a cation diffusion step involving the cation diffusion of Group III elements into the aforementioned nanoparticles via heat treatment. This provides a method for synthesizing quantum dots with uniform composition and consistent particle size, exhibiting excellent luminescent properties.
