Nitridation method of silicon-based anode materials for lithium-ion batteries and products thereof

Abstract

The present disclosure provides a nitridation method for silicon-based anode materials for lithium-ion batteries, comprising: (a) directly mixing a solid nitrogen-containing precursor with a silicon-based anode material to form a mixture; and (b) heating the mixture at a predetermined temperature for a predetermined time to obtain a nitrided silicon composite anode material. The present disclosure also provides a nitrided silicon composite anode material produced by using the nitridation method, an anode for a lithium-ion battery and a lithium-ion battery manufactured using the nitrided silicon composite anode material.
