Method of extracting exosome and method of protecting exosome

Abstract

A method of extracting an exosome is provided in some embodiments, including: isolating a platelet-rich plasma from an ex-vivo blood, in which the platelet-rich plasma includes a blood plasma and a platelet suspended in the blood plasma; replacing the blood plasma of the platelet-rich plasma with a buffer solution including chitosan to allow chitosan to bind to a platelet to obtain a platelet buffer solution; and sonicating the platelet buffer solution to make an exosome release from the platelet to obtain a platelet lysate including the exosome. A method of protecting an exosome is provided in some embodiments.
