Abstract
The present disclosure relates to PASylated uricase variant fusion proteins and their multimers. Methods of using the PASylated uricase variant fusion proteins and their multimers to treat gout, tumor lysis syndrome, and other diseases associated with elevated uric acid levels in body fluids, including blood, are provided. Methods of recombinantly producing the PASylated uricase variant fusion proteins disclosed herein are also provided.
