Soft magnetic alloy powder, its preparation method and application

Abstract

This invention discloses a soft magnetic alloy powder, its preparation method, and its applications, relating to the field of magnetic materials technology. The specific preparation method includes: first, under an inert atmosphere, mixing and heating various raw materials to melt them into an alloy; continuing heating to obtain mixed steam; condensing the mixed steam and collecting it to obtain alloy powder; then, using an organosilicon resin as an insulating material, adding the insulating material to a solvent, followed by adding the alloy powder and mixing thoroughly; finally, drying to obtain the soft magnetic alloy powder. The method of this invention has a simple process and a short production cycle. Furthermore, the soft magnetic core made from the soft magnetic alloy powder prepared by this invention has the advantages of high initial permeability and low core loss.
