Abstract

The present invention includes: a needle; a stitch plate configured to support a fabric from below and having a needle hole through which the needle moves up and down; a looper configured to hold a looper thread below the stitch plate and reciprocally move to entangle the looper thread with a needle thread; and a knife configured to move between the stitch plate and the looper to cut the needle thread and the looper thread connected to the fabric after being sewn, the knife can be positionally changed relative to the stitch plate to change a cutting position at which the needle thread and the looper thread are cut, and a space is secured between the stitch plate and the looper for allowing the positionally changed knife in a posture before the cutting to be disposed therein.
