Automatic fabric cutting machine

Abstract

An automatic fabric cutting machine includes a fabric tensioning device, an electric cutter assembly, and a fabric spreading device. The fabric tensioning device comprises a tensioner and a pressure unit. The tensioner consists of a tensioning frame and two symmetrical tensioning members on either side, used to support the fabric. The pressure unit has two symmetrical pressure members, driven by actuators, to press the fabric to achieve tension. The electric cutter assembly (such as an electric circular cutter) is installed within a cutter reciprocating device. The fabric spreading device includes a fabric roll, a correction unit, and a drive wheel assembly, used to release the fabric and stably and non-deviationively convey it to the tensioning device. This automatic fabric cutting machine, through the coordination of multiple structural components, ensures taut fabric and precise cutting, suitable for automated fabric cutting operations, improving cutting efficiency and accuracy.
