Abstract

This invention provides a sleeve device with control means that can effectively suppress the tilting of the lifting frame during the pressing action. The sleeve device includes a control means 19 for controlling the lifting frame to a horizontal position; four lifting cylinders 13A-13D arranged at the four corners of a virtual quadrilateral along the outer edge of the lifting frame 14 in top view, capable of performing a retraction action to apply a pressing force to the sleeve and an extension action to apply a pulling force; the control means includes: a tilt sensor 23 that detects the change angle of tilt relative to the horizontal state of the lifting frame; four variable throttle valves 24, paired with each of the four lifting cylinders, installed in the flow path 21 of the hydraulic oil flowing from each lifting cylinder during the retraction action; and a control unit 25 that individually adjusts the throttling degree of each variable throttle valve according to the change angle detected by the tilt sensor.
