Shock-absorbing low-noise pressure pump

Abstract

A shock-absorbing low-noise pressure pump includes a pump main body and a silencer device. The pump main body includes a receiving chamber near a water outlet. The silencer device includes a shock-absorbing tube and a shock-absorbing pad. The shock-absorbing tube is arranged in the receiving chamber of the pump main body. The shock-absorbing tube is a hollow cylinder, and the shock-absorbing tube has a plurality of through holes, so that the shock-absorbing tube forms a porous structure. The shock-absorbing pad is made of elastic material and is arranged in the shock-absorbing tube. The silencer device of the present invention adopts fluid mechanics optimization and can reduce turbulence and noise during fluid flow through the design of an internal fluid channel of the porous structure of the shock absorbing tube. The present invention provides the shock-absorbing pad made of elastic materials, which can further reduce vibration transmission.
