Abstract

A temperature sensing device includes: a first sensing circuit with a first capacitor circuit selectively connected to a first resistor; a second sensing circuit with a second capacitor circuit selectively connected to a second resistor; a comparator circuit configured to output a comparison signal based on a comparison of a first voltage of a first node and a second voltage of a second node; and a successive approximation register (SAR) logic circuit configured to output digital data obtained based on a comparison of the comparison signal in a successive approximation register manner. The first sensing circuit is configured to charge at least one of a plurality of first capacitors with a power supply voltage based on a first control signal, and discharged to a ground voltage through the first resistor and the first node based on a second control signal.
