Instructions for using coverslips for applying reagents

Abstract

This invention relates to a coverslip coated with a reagent and a method for performing one or more reactions using the coverslip coated with the reagent. The invention provides a method for performing an experiment on a glass slide using a coverslip coated with a reagent. The invention also provides a method for immobilizing sample cells on a glass slide and performing an experiment on that slide. The method of this invention involves contacting a coverslip coated with a reagent with sample cells immobilized on a glass slide, and performing one or more chemical reactions in the sample cells embedded on the glass slide to generate a reaction product on the glass slide.
