Immunochromatographic test strip

Abstract

The immunochromatographic test strip (100) has: a sample pad (101) for introducing the sample; and a detection section (103) for detecting the analyte in the sample. In the detection section (103), the immunochromatographic test strip (100) contains: a protein or peptide trapping substance that specifically binds to the analyte; and at least one sugar selected from the group consisting of sugars of more than three sugars and polysaccharides. The immunochromatographic test strip (100) comprises a sample pad (101) into which a sample is introduced, and a detection section (103) for detecting a substance to be detected in the sample, wherein in the detection section (103), the immunochromatographic test strip (100) carries a proteinaceous or peptidic capture substance that specifically binds to the substance to be detected, and at least one sugar selected from a group consisting of sugars of three or more saccharide units and polysaccharides.
