Abstract

This invention provides a test socket with high contact reliability. The test socket includes a housing and a plurality of pins supported on the housing. Each pin has a first end disposed at one end in a first direction and a second end disposed at the other end in the first direction. The plurality of pins includes a first pin to a sixth pin. The first pin and the second pin, as well as the third pin and the fourth pin, are respectively arranged with a gap in a second direction. The fifth pin is located between the first pin and the second pin in the second direction, and the sixth pin is located between the third pin and the fourth pin in the second direction. In a third direction, the first pin and the third pin, the second pin and the fourth pin, and the fifth pin and the sixth pin are respectively arranged in a specific configuration. The second ends of the first pin and the third pin are located at different positions in the second direction, the second ends of the second pin and the fourth pin are located at different positions in the second direction, and the second ends of the fifth pin and the sixth pin are located at different positions in the second direction.
