Abstract

This invention relates to a test processing machine. The test processing machine includes: a shuttle; a loading unit that receives a customer tray containing electronic components and loads the electronic components placed on the customer tray into the shuttle; a shuttle transfer unit that transfers the shuttle containing the electronic components to a tester; an unloading unit that receives the tested electronic components from the shuttle transfer unit and unloads them onto the customer tray; and a controller that controls the loading unit, the shuttle transfer unit, and the unloading unit.
