Abstract

The invention discloses a parameter tuning method and glue spraying equipment. The parameter tuning method can be applied to a device, and the parameters of the device include input parameters, output values, and target values. The parameter tuning method includes: obtaining a mathematical model of the input parameters and the output value of the device; obtaining the target value; obtaining the output value; if the absolute value of the difference between the output value and the target value is greater than a first threshold, adjusting the input parameter according to the mathematical model so that the absolute value of the difference between the adjusted output value and the target value is reduced. The present invention can automatically adjust the input parameters according to the mathematical model of the input parameters and output values of the equipment, which not only improves the intelligence level of the equipment, but also reduces the frequency of manual operation and saves costs.
