Hinge module and electronic device

Abstract

A hinge module includes a first shaft, a second shaft, a limiting assembly and a first switching assembly. The limiting assembly includes a limiting member, a first sliding member, a second sliding member and a gear. The limiting member includes a first limiting part. The first shaft and the second shaft are disposed inside the limiting member. The first sliding member is slidably disposed on the first shaft and includes a first rack part and a second limiting part. The gear is rotatably disposed on the limiting member and has a first side and a second side which are relative to each other. The first side is movably connected to the first rack part. The second sliding member is slidably disposed on the second shaft and includes a second rack part which is movably connected to the second side. The first switching module includes a sliding rack, a driving member, and an elastic member. The sliding rack is connected to the second sliding member and slides relative to the second shaft. The driving member is movably connected to the sliding rack and the second shaft. An electronic device is also provided.
