Abstract

An analysis support device includes: a computational object space acquisition unit that acquires the size of a computational object space for simulating physical phenomena; a block setting acquisition unit that acquires a block setting that includes geometric settings including the position and size of blocks representing objects in the computational object space, and settings including functions regarding the influence of the blocks on the physical phenomena; and an analysis condition setting unit that, based on the block settings, generates an analysis object model composed of the computational object space and the blocks, and sets analysis conditions including the grid size when the model is divided into a plurality of grids, and boundary conditions of the grids in contact with the outer surface of the blocks.
