Quality Function Development of Ingenious Mechanisms and Application of Quality House in Industrial Methods

Abstract

The present invention discloses a method for the quality function development of a mechanism and the application of a quality house to industry, comprising the following steps: (a) establishing customer needs, (b) evaluating the weight of customer needs, (c) determining engineering needs, (d) establishing a relationship matrix, (e) evaluating the relevance, and (f) prioritizing engineering needs. By integrating AI technology and big data analysis, the quality and efficiency of product design can be improved, and customer needs can be effectively transformed into specific product designs, while achieving multiple benefits such as energy saving, green energy, and carbon emission reduction.
