Empowerment resource allocation and assignment system and method

Abstract

An empowerment resource allocation and assignment system, which includes a member module, an empowerment acquisition module, a mutual assistance upgrade module, and a resource allocation and assignment module.The member module enables users to become members and assigns membership levels. The empowerment acquisition module provides empowerment resources to members. The mutual assistance upgrade module is used to elevate membership levels. The resource allocation and assignment module calculates the number of empowerment allocations.If the number of allocations does not exceed the first standard threshold, the resource allocation and assignment module allocates empowerment resources to the mutual assistance upgrade module. If the number of allocations exceeds the first standard threshold but does not exceed the second standard threshold, the allocation differs based on whether the number of allocations is odd or even. When it is odd, the resource allocation and assignment module allocates empowerment resources for member usage. When it is even, the resources are allocated to the mutual assistance upgrade module.
