Abstract

The alarm response procedures implemented between users and service personnel are shared. The information processing system of the present invention includes: a first device installed in a first facility; a terminal having an input unit for receiving input from a user of the first facility regarding a first response method for an alarm occurring in the first device; a memory unit for storing a procedure for responding to the alarm in association with the first response method; a conversion unit for converting the first response method into a second response method that has been processed from the first response method; and a display unit for displaying the procedure in association with the second response method when the alarm occurs in the first device.
