Automated resume classification system and method

Abstract

The present invention relates to an automated resume classification system and method. This system and method comprise crawling a plurality of crawled data from resume source platforms and removing duplicate data of the same job applicant among the plurality of crawled data to form a plurality of filtered data. The plurality of filtered data undergoes data extraction and preprocessing to obtain non-personal resume information. Each non-personal resume information is converted into vectorized resume information, and each recruitment information for job openings is converted into vectorized recruitment information. The vectorized resume information is compared with the vectorized recruitment information to generate a resume list that matches each job opening.
