By integrating telecommunications fixed-line network installation-related data onto a single platform, this system assists account managers and maintenance personnel in managing their key concerns and functions from a customer service perspective. The system connects business support systems (BSS), operational support systems (OSS), and other systems, providing design and configuration functions, as well as integrating customer circuit installation progress tracking and after-sales quality assurance monitoring data. This enables customer service and maintenance teams to effectively manage customer service processes, installation progress, and quality assurance monitoring, thereby improving service quality and efficiency, and promoting the coordination and optimization of overall business operations.
