Financial product recommendation and verification system and method

Abstract

A financial product recommendation and verification system and method are provided, comprising two stages: the recommendation stage and the verification stage. In the recommendation stage, voiceprint recognition is performed on an audio recording to extract the first voiceprint feature value. A speech processing procedure is then executed to obtain the first financial service name and the first amount. A hash operation is performed based on the extracted data to generate the first hash value, and the audio recording is stored in a designated location, with an associated verification code generated simultaneously. In the verification stage, an image extraction procedure retrieves the second financial service name, the second amount, and the verification code from the signed document's image file. The verification code is used to locate the corresponding test audio recording. Voiceprint recognition is applied to the test recording to extract the second voiceprint feature value, and a hash operation generates the second hash value. The system compares the two hash values: a mismatch triggers an alert, while a match approves the operation.
