Abstract
This invention relates to a process management method for heat treatment, comprising the following steps: incorporating a heat treatment database and an experience value database into a heat treatment big data database; setting up a computer connected to the heat treatment big data database and a server, the server being connected to at least one heat treatment furnace; the computer performing a filtering based on multiple conditions in an order message; when the filtering result is a unique value, the computer outputs an existing mass production process and transmits it to the server; when the filtering result is zero or greater than two, the computer searches the heat treatment big data for information matching the multiple conditions, outputs a sample process accordingly, and transmits it to the server. The server controls the heat treatment furnace to perform heat treatment according to the mass production process or the sample production process, thereby obtaining a mass-produced product or a sample product. When the sample product meets the order information, the computer stores the sample production process as a new mass production process. The server inputs the operation information of the heat treatment furnace and the heat treatment results into the heat treatment big data. In this way, the mass production process or the sample production process can be selected according to the content of the order information, which can reduce the probability of having to perform heat treatment again due to heat treatment failure, improve the efficiency of successful heat treatment, and effectively improve the shortcomings of high energy consumption and high carbon emissions.
