Abstract

This invention relates to a service method and system for a healthy restaurant. The service method includes providing steamable / grillable food containers, steamed / grilled food, and information on the calories and dining time of the food. The service system includes an electronic food collection device and an electronic checkout device. The checkout device includes a second display unit, a second reading unit, a second processing unit, and a printing unit that are interconnected. By using steamable / grillable food containers to steam / grill food, the health risks associated with microwave heating are avoided. This allows diners to enjoy food that retains its original flavor and nutrients, improving the nutritional value and health of their meals. At checkout, the system provides diners with information on the calories of the selected food and the dining time, enabling them to effectively control their daily calorie intake, manage their diet, prevent obesity, promote overall health, and achieve the goals of delicious, healthy, and equitable restaurant service.
