Abstract

In order to miniaturize and modularize the paper support member drive mechanism and the push member drive mechanism in a paper storage magazine that has a push member that contacts and pushes out the paper supported by the paper support member, and a loading table that can move freely in the pressing direction toward the outer peripheral surface of the paper support member and in the retraction direction away from the paper support member, the paper storage magazine includes: a paper support member (170, 180) that supports the paper in the paper placement section (150), a push member (300) that pushes out the paper and disengages it from the paper support member, a support member drive mechanism (200), a push member drive mechanism (350), and a paper loading table (400). The support member drive mechanism is located upstream of the paper placement section in the transport direction, and the push member drive mechanism is driven by the driving force from the support member drive mechanism.
