Capacitor array structure

Abstract

A capacitor array structure includes two or more capacitors, each of the two or more capacitors including a first electrode and a second electrode separated by a dielectric, wherein each of the first electrodes and each of the second electrodes have a first end and a second end. A first conductor is electrically coupled to the first electrodes of the two or more capacitors, wherein the first conductor is planar. A second conductor is electrically coupled to the second electrodes of the two or more capacitors, wherein the second conductor is planar, and wherein the first conductor and the second conductor are parallel. An axis extends between the first conductor and the second conductor, wherein the first ends of the first electrodes and the first ends of the second electrodes are equidistant from the axis.
