Abstract

Disclosed is a battery pack, which includes a cell array structure including a plurality of battery cells; and a pack case having an accommodation space for accommodating the cell array structure and including a bottom plate disposed below the cell array structure, wherein the cell array structure includes a base member that covers and supports a lower portion of the cell array structure, contains a foaming material, and has a predetermined volume, and wherein the base member is spaced apart from the bottom plate in at least a partial region to form a venting space.
