Battery module and a manufacturing method of the same

Abstract

The present invention relates to a battery module and a battery module manufacturing method, and more specifically, relates to a battery module with compactness and high safety, and a manufacturing method thereof. According to one example of the present invention, a battery pack may be provided, which comprises: a plurality of battery cells; at least one fastening member; and a foam housing accommodating, after the battery cells and the fastening member are inserted, the plurality of battery cells by foam formation of a foam material to form a battery pack outer shape, wherein the fastening member comprises a metallic fastening part exposed to the outside of the foam housing, and a plastic fastening part housing surrounding the fastening part, and embedded and fixed within the foam housing.
