Guide components, board assemblies and connector assemblies

Abstract

This invention discloses a guide, a board assembly, and a connector assembly. The guide is used to guide the board into the connector. The guide is adapted to be fitted onto the board, and the cross-section of the front side of the guide is triangular or trapezoidal, narrower at the front and wider at the back, to guide the front side of the board into the elastic contact portions of the two rows of terminals of the connector. In this invention, the guide fitted onto the board ensures that the board is smoothly inserted between the elastic contact portions of the two rows of terminals of the connector, effectively preventing the terminals from being damaged by the inserted board.
