Abstract
The present application relates to a vertical cavity surface-emitting laser array and an integrated system. The array comprises: at least one laser, the laser including a substrate and at least one first unit located on the substrate. The first unit comprises a laser emission structure and a connecting structure above the laser emission structure. The laser emission structure has at least one light-emitting hole. The connecting structure at least comprises a first electrode and a conductive heat dissipation layer stacked in sequence. The first electrode is opposite to the light-emitting hole. The conductive heat dissipation layer covers the first electrode and the positive projection of the light-emitting hole on the substrate is located inside the positive projection of the conductive heat dissipation layer on the substrate. The vertical cavity surface-emitting laser array and integrated system of the present application can achieve more compact and lower bandwidth density optical communication module and consumer electronic product designs.
