Protection circuit and embedded multi-chip system

Abstract

A circuit includes a first transistor and a first comparator. The first transistor has a first terminal, a second terminal and a control terminal, and is configured to receive an input signal from the first terminal, and output an output signal through the second terminal in a turn-on state. One input terminal of the first comparator is coupled to the first terminal of the first transistor, the other input terminal is configured to receive a reference signal, and the output terminal is coupled to the control terminal of the first transistor. The first comparator is configured to output a first comparison signal according to a comparison result between the reference signal and the input signal.
