Battery-powered electric generator power supply system

Abstract

A battery-powered electric generator power supply system comprises a drive / controller electrically connected to an energy storage bank, which outputs drive power to a DC brushless motor, driving an energy storage device. The motor, via an output shaft, drives a generator to produce electricity. The output power is regulated by a current controller and then distributed to a power supply unit by a power distributor. The power distributor's other output terminal is electrically connected to an inverter to replenish the energy storage bank, and another output terminal is electrically connected to a charger to recharge the energy storage bank with excess power. When the power supply unit is connected to power, the power distribution by the power distributor, controlled by the generator output current of the current controller, ensures that the generator operates in an optimized power generation state for extended periods. The low-energy consumption and low-heat-loss operation of the DC brushless motor further enhances the power utilization efficiency of the energy storage bank.
